Exchange & Returns

1. We accept exchanges for size-related issues only, subject to
   product availability. To be eligible, items must be
   unused, unwashed, and in their
   original condition with all tags intact.
2. Items purchased during promotional periods or marked as Sale are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
3. At the moment, we do not accept exchanges due to
   color or style preference.
   We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing
   an order.
4. Returns are accepted only in exceptional cases, such as:
   • Items received in a damaged or defective condition
   • Incorrect items sent that do not match the original order

Return and exchange requests must be submitted within
5 days after receiving your order.
