Yes, we offer free shipping within Indonesia for order with minimum purchase of IDR 750,000 with terms and conditions apply.

Exchange Policies
We accept exchanges for size-related issues only, subject to product availability. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Items purchased during promotional periods or marked as Sale are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
We recommend reviewing product details and sizing carefully before purchase.
At the moment, we do not accept exchanges due to color or style preference. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted only in exceptional cases, such as:
– Items received in a damaged or defective condition
– Incorrect items sent that do not match the original order
Items purchased during promotional periods or marked as Sale are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days after receiving your order.
Approved returns will be refunded in the form of online shopping voucher, which can be used for future purchases at The Canopy Room.
If you wish to request a return or exchange, kindly ensure you have unboxing photos and video as proof of the product condition upon receipt.
